Ksenija Borojevic is a Research Associate at the University of Massachusetts Boston and an archaeologist specializing in paleoethnobotany and the relationship between human culture and the environment. She earned her degree in Archaeology from the University of Belgrade, former Yugoslavia, and completed her M.A. and Ph.D. in Anthropology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. With more than 30 years of teaching and research experience at universities across the United States and Europe, she has participated in numerous archaeological excavations in Yugoslavia, Israel, Egypt, and the United States. In addition to her academic work, she has extensive museological experience, having visited museums worldwide and collaborated with select institutions on exhibitions and research initiatives.
