Rune Iversen

Rune Iversen is assistant professor in the Department of Archaeology, SAXO Institute, at the University of Copenhagen. His research interests center on the European Neolithic and Bronze Age with special focus on the third millennium B.C.E., cultural diversity, sociocultural transformation processes, and archaeolinguistics. His academic teaching centers on the Neolithic and Bronze Age in Denmark and northern Europe, field archaeology, and archaeological documentation and analyses. In December 2016, he entered the editorial board of the Danish Journal of Archaeology.
