Chiara Marabelli is a classical archaeologist and a specialist in museum studies. She holds a degree in Classical Archaeology from the University of Pavia and a doctorate from the School of Museum Studies at the University of Leicester. She has collaborated with internationally renowned museums and cultural institutions, such as the Ashmolean Museum (Oxford), the Vatican Museums, the National Museum of Archaeology and the National Museum of Art (Malta), and Factum Arte/Factum Foundation (Madrid). Her research interests include Greek and Roman sculpture, plaster casts, authenticity in art and in museums, museum interpretation, and accessibility and inclusion.
