Roger Bagnall

Roger Bagnall is professor of ancient history and director of the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, New York University. He is also director of the NYU-Columbia University excavations at Amheida in the Dakhla Oasis of Egypt and president of the International Association of Papyrologists.
